Zila Seeron Mengaku Bersalah Khalwat, Menyorok Belakang Almari Ketika Diserbu

Bekas isteri Along Cham, Zila Seeron dan pengurus syarikat, Mohd Khairul Azizi masing-masing didenda RM2,500 oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah, di sini, pada Khamis kerana berkhalwat. Hukuman itu diputuskan oleh Hakim Syarie Azzeman Omar selepas kedua-duanya mengaku bersalah atas tuduhan berkenaan yang dilakukan pada Ogos lalu. Azzeman turut memerintahkan kedua-dua tertuduh dipenjara lima bulan sekiranya gagal membayar denda.

Zila atau nama sebenarnya Nur Azilah Seeron, 28, dan Mohd Khairul Azizi Burhanudin, 32, yang bukan suami-isteri atau mahram didakwa atas tuduhan khalwat di rumah lelaki itu di Blok A-15-2, Apartment Jalil Damai, Jalan 14/155C, Bandar Bukit Jalil di sini, antara pukul 6.55 pagi sehingga 7.13 pagi, pada 13 Ogos 2016. Mereka didakwa mengikut Seksyen 27(a) dan (b) Akta Kesalahan Syariah (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1997 iaitu melakukan khalwat yang memperuntukkan hukuman denda maksimum RM3,000 atau penjara maksimum selama dua tahun atau kedua-duanya, jika sabit kesalahan.

Menurut fakta kes, anggota penguatkuasa Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah (Jawi) melakukan pemeriksaan berdasarkan aduan orang awam di satu unit apartment beralamat di A-15-2, Apartment Jalil Damai, Jalan 14/155C, Bandar Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.

Pada pukul 6.56 pagi, anggota penguatkuasa telah menekan loceng, mengetuk pintu apartment tersebut sambil memberi salam lalu seorang lelaki tidak memakai baju memaklumkan bahawa rakannya tidak memberi keizinan untuk membuka pintu berkenaan.

Anggota penguatkuasa bagaimanapun memberi amaran akan memecahkan pintu sekiranya penghuni apartment gagal memberikan kerjasama.
