Video Viral Rebut Anak : Bekas Isteri SM Faisal Nasimuddin Jelas Anak Tidak Mahu Lepaskannya

Video SM Faisal Nasimuddin yang bergelut dengan bekas isterinya Emilia Hanafi kerana berebut anak mereka ketika berada di mahkamah cukup hangat diperkatakan dan mendapat perhatian seluruh pengguna media sosial.

Pelbagai spekulasi yang tercetus dan kritikan yang dilemparkan kepada Faisal dan beliau telah tampil mempertahankan dirinya sebelum ini.

Kini Emilia pula tampil menjelaskan bagaimana insiden itu boleh berlaku.  Menurut Emilia, anak keduanya Faiz trauma dengan apa yang berlaku dan tidak mahu mengikut bapanya meskipun mahkamah membenarkan anak-anak mereka untuk bermalam dengan Faisal selama 1 malam.

Sebelum ini terdapat satu kes mahkamah di mana Faisal, 37, didakwa memukul isterinya, Emilia Hanafi pada 22 November 2015 di kediaman mereka di Desa Sri Hartamas.

Pasangan ini dikatakan sudah bercerai pada bulan Mac lepas. Hasil perkahwinan mereka dikurniakan tiga orang cahaya mata.

Faisal didakwa melakukan kesalahan di bawah Seksyen 323 Kanun Keseksaan dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 326A di bawah kanun yang sama iaitu jika disabit kesalahan boleh dihukum penjara dua tahun atau denda RM4,000 atau kedua-duanya sekali.
