Pengantin Berwajah "Baby Face" Jadi Viral
Sungai Petani, 15 Mac: Kerana wajah 'baby face'nya, perkahwinan seorang lelaki, Mahamad Fitra Mahamad Tahid, 20, dan pasangan Nurul Syazwani Mustafa, 19, menjadi viral di media sosial sehingga ada yang menganggap Fitra berkahwin pada usia muda.
Bagaimanapun, masyarakat tidak menyedari perkara itu disebabkan Fitra menghidap penyakit Talasemia Major sejak berusia 10 bulan.
Fitra berkata dia tidak menyangka gambar perkahwinannya menjadi perhatian di media sosial apabila kakak sulungnya, Atikah Farisyaa, 24, memuat naik gambar itu.
Fitra juga berkata, akibat penyakit itu, doktor memaklumkan dirinya akan mengalami pertumbuhan dari segi fizikal.
"Saya percaya wajah seperti kanak-kanak ini adalah salah satu faktor daripada penyakit yang dihidapi, malah kakak sulung (Atikah Farisyaa) turut mempunyai masalah kesihatan sama, tetapi dia kelihatan normal seperti orang dewasa lain.
"Apa pun saya bersyukur dan menganggap ianya sebagai anugerah istimewa daripada Yang Maha Esa," kata Fitra sebagaimana lapor Harian Metro.
Menceritakan majlis perkahwinannya yang berlangsung pada Ahad lalu, Fitra berkata ramai tetamu yang bertanya usianya yang sebenar.
