Akhirnya setelah lama berahsia, buat pertama kalinya Jimmy Shanley mendedahkan wajah anaknya di dalam Majalah Keluarga terbitan Kumpulan Media Karangkraf.

"Indahnya bergelar suami dan ayah sekali lagi hanya Tuhan yang tahu. Sukar untuk saya ungkapkan dengan kata-kata. Apatah lagi pertama kali mendakap si kecil Hannah, saya rasakan segala kesedihan lalu berarak pergi," ujar Jimmy di dalam majalah tersebut.

Jimmy juga memberitahu bahawa isterinya Mariam adalah seorang yang memahami dan penyokong utamanya.

Untuk rekod, Hannah Shanley merupakan anak kedua Jimmy dalam perkahwinan kedua bersama Mariam Jamilah Abdul Jalil. Anak pertamanya Zahrah Rania Shanley, 4, di bawah jagaan bekas isteri, Nursuhaila Eliani Suhaimy.
